What we collect
When you request a quote or book a move, Orange Movers collects your name, contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, and the specifics of your move. If you pay a deposit, the transaction runs through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare quotes, schedule crews, issue certificates of insurance to buildings that require them, and send move-day updates. Customer files live at our office at 7324 Southwest Fwy, Suite 220, Houston, TX 77074, and nowhere else.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
- Hand your details to other moving companies or marketing lists.
- Add you to promotional email you didn’t ask for.
Sharing we can’t avoid
Apartment complexes, HOAs, and high-rise managers sometimes require a certificate of insurance naming you and your move date, and we share only what that paperwork needs. Our payment processor and scheduling software handle data under their own privacy obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses basic analytics cookies to see which pages get read. Nothing more, and no advertising trackers follow you around the internet on our behalf.
Your choices
Ask the office to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you and we’ll do it. Records needed for open claims or Texas tax rules may have to stay on file for a limited period, and we’ll tell you if that applies.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a fresh date. Questions about your data? Contact the office during business hours, Monday through Saturday.
